About me

My name is Nathan and I am the founder of Adstal Ventures LLC.

I bring years of hands-on experience in sales and advertising, working across both the German and U.S. markets since 2016. I understand the challenges sales teams face firsthand—limited resources, tight deadlines, and the pressure to deliver results.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on maximizing outcomes, creating smarter workflows, and driving consistent revenue growth. My expertise lies in building strong business connections, optimizing sales processes, and helping teams perform at their best. With leadership experience that includes managing P&L responsibilities and scaling teams, I’ve seen what works—and what doesn’t—on the ground.

At Adstal Ventures, I use this experience to help businesses simplify their sales teams processes, work more efficiently, and close more deals, all while making the most of the resources at hand. My dual citizenship in the U.S. and Germany gives me a unique global perspective and the ability to adapt strategies to different markets.
